Erik Krasney
Erik joined CBRE in 2017 with a passion for all things retail. He leads in the strategy and execution of leasing over 1MM square feet of retail and restaurant space, with a special emphasis on ground up development, adaptive re-use and food & beverage.
Erik is data driven, creative and systematic. He pairs the art & science of retail with deep relationships, an intimate knowledge of Los Angeles and a mastery of the CBRE platform.
A lifelong Angelino with a deep love for his city, Erik joined CBRE after a career in restaurant consulting and management. You can find him crafting elaborate creations in the kitchen, studying architecture & design, exploring the region’s scenery and shooting video. Erik graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a double major in Economics and Psychology and lives in Highland Park.
